IHC rejects bail for Asif Zardari and Faryal Talpur in the fake bank accounts case



The Islamabad High Court rejected the application of former President and Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Asif Zardari and his companion Faryal Talpur in fake accounts case.

According to Jung News, the court allowed Asif Zardari and Faryal Talpur to arrest in mega money laundering case.

Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Kayani, while hearing the decisions made by Asif Zardari and Faryal Talpur, accepted the appointment of NAB to arrest Asif Ali Zardari and Faryal Talpur.

Earlier, Islamabad High Court today rejected the application of former president and former President of Pakistan Peoples Party, Asif Ali Zardari, in the Hareesh and Company case. However, In the fake bank accounts case, Asif Zardari and his colleague Faryal Talpur had rescued the decision on petition requests.

While hearing this safe decision, the court rejected the request for Asif Zardari and Faryal Talpur, while allowing NAB to arrest him.




Today, former President Asif Ali Zardari and his colleague Faryal Talpur were presented in the Islamabad High Court for the fake bank accounts case, along with them Asif Ali Bhutto was also there.

In the Haresh & Company case, NAB has been told in the court that warrants of Asif Ali Zardari were not issued in this case. The Islamabad High Court has disposed of the application on NAB's statement.

The court directed NAB's director Bilal Ahmed to take the court in private position on the next hearing.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani gave remarks and said that the case was delayed due to NAB.

Justice Amir Farooq said in his remarks how much time it takes to submit a reply in the request of the bail, the court asked for NAB on May 8 and today is June 10.

He asked why the NAB investigative officer did not give a written reply. You are catching people, the right to the accused will be given to them.

During the hearing of the bail application in fake accounts case, lawyer Farooq H Naik of lawyer Asif Ali Zardari and Faryal Talpur completed their arguments.

Farooq H Naik, in the court, ruled that the concerned court did not even frame the charge, the relevant court judge has the option to issue a warrant.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani questioned whether the trial court has passed the bill?

Farooq H Naik responded that the relevant trial court has decided to ensure the attendance by passing the petition.

The court discovered that Karachi's banking court had also passed the bill?

Farooq H Naik replied, No, the Finance ministry court passed the ground for the first time to ensure attendance.

Farooq H Naik has requested the court to approve the pre-arrest petition of Asif Zardari's bail.

He said that there was no option to issue warrant arrest to Chairman NAB, Chairman NAB issued a warrant arrest.

Farooq H Naik said the arrest warrant was issued by Chairman NAB on the reference filed, and NAB's case was also in the case.

He said that Asif Zardari's warrants were issued in the case, he said that the chairman of the NAB has been able to issue warrants.

During the hearing of the case, former Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani and Raja Pervez Razaf, former chairman Senator Nayar Bukhari, former Interior Minister Rehman Malik, Farhatullah Babar, Faisal Butt, and PPP leaders and lawyers all were present in the Court High Court No. 2 of the High Court.

On the previous hearing, NAB had called for President Asif Ali Zardari to declare bail as a direct and indirect beneficiary of Mega Money Laundering.
